[PATCH 00/20] coreboot test intergration

overview:
- 1-11: move  necessary functions from `fwts_klog.c` to `fwts_log_scan.c`
- 12-16: add functions to `fwts_clog.c`
- 17: add clog test
- 18: add `--clog` as argument to parse a coreboot log file
- 19: skip coreboot test if not available
- 20: add some coreboot messages to `data/clog.json`
