A presentation from UEFI Plugfest 2017 [1] shared a short version of adding
new acpi tests. Please refer to slides 22~25.
However, the best practice is by checking out the existing commits. For
example, IBM OPAL is relatively new and probably more similar to your case.
A starting point will be commit f928fa8028d9 and c354d9bcc9382a
Colin King shared detailed submit & review process. I only want to remind
to "Signed-off" your git patch before submitting.
