[utwg] Call for testing - FWTS-LIVE rebased to Ubuntu 20.04 with kernel 5.4

Hi Sivasakthivel,

The fwts-live for arm was experimental only and we knew it wasn't working.
Currently there is no fwts-live for arm.

The development of fwts-live for arm has been slow since I don't have
access to an UEFI arm system.
