Hi Alex,
If I chose the “All Batch Tests” option to test using this tool, and then the tests will start and I will see a progress dialog box and it will take a few minutes to run through some tests, but the system will be stuck in the boot loop under EFI RT service set time interface(picture as below).
Unfortunately, I doesn’t get any report.log because system run into a problem.
Meanwhile, I also can choose to select individual to run then see a progress dialog box and then system will be stuck in the boot loop under EFI RT service set time interface as well.
BRs,
Rachel

Hi Rachel,
There should be more log files like "results.log" in fwts-live usb disk. These logs can provide more information for further analysis.

Hi Alex,
Could you help to give us some suggestions about #9#13?
1. Insert Ubuntu FWTS live usb key in SUT
2. Boot into RBSU
3. Select System Default Options
4. Set "Restore Default System Settings" to "Yes, restore the default settings."
5. Wait system reboot and restore default settings
6. Press "F11" during POST to boot to one-time boot menu
7. Select Ubuntu FWTS live usb key in one-time boot menu
8. Select "All Batch Tests" then "OK" to start test
