  * Merge with Debian; remaining changes:
    - Build from upstream sources.
    - Disable the LTO build on arm64, armhf for now, takes 24+ hours ...

gcc-9 (9.3.0-13) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Update to git 20200518 from the gcc-9 branch.
    - Fix PR target/94748 (AArch64), PR target/94697 (AArch64),
      PR target/94515 (AArch64), PR target/91518 (PPC), PR fortran/93497,
      PR fortran/59107, PR target/94514 (AArch64), PR libstdc++/94906,
      PR d/92216, PR d/94970, PR d/95155, PR d/90719.
  * Run the testsuite with the offload compilers installed into the temporary
    install location.
  * Don't require root for the temp installation of the offload compilers.
  * Don't override the libstdc++ test results when running the libstdc++ abi
    check.
  * Include jit test results into the summary and the gcc-test-results package.
  * Configure --with-arch=i686 for the Hurd. Closes: #960928.
