   * When building with gcc-4.2 or gcc-4.3, split the sources into 40 parts,
     10 parts else.
   * Fix errors introduced with merge in version 4.2-1ubuntu1:
     - Build the -dbg packages.
     - Don't configure and build twice.
     - Don't use the python debug headers for the normal build.
     - Use the python debug headers for the debug build.
   * python-qt4-dbus.install: Fix installation location.
   * Build a python-qt4-dbus-dbg package.
