     - python2.4-dbg: Install Misc/SpecialBuilds.txt, document the
       debug changes in README.debug.
     - Move pyconfig.h from the python2.4-dev into the python2.4 package.
   * Build-depend on gcc-4.1 (>= 4.1.2-4) on alpha, powerpc, s390, sparc.
