  * Fix FTBFS with gcc-10. (Closes: #956967)
  * Avoid build-dep on unversioned python2. (Closes: #967118)
  * Cherrypick patch from upstream to add workaround for L3 cache detection on
    Ryzen 3000 series CPUs. (Closes: #949699)
  * Update to dh compat level 12.
  * Update Standards version to 4.5.0.
  * Add upstream metadata file.
