  * Bump debhelper compatibility level to 13.
  * Refresh upstream metadata.
  * Update project homepage.
  * Remove Modestas Vainius, George Kiagiadakis, Eshat Cakar, Maximiliano
    Curia from the uploaders, thanks for your work on the package!
  * Add myself to the uploaders.
