gcc-snapshot (1:20210110-0ubuntu1) hirsute; urgency=medium

  * Snapshot, taken from the trunk (20210110).
  * Configure with --enable-link-serialization=1 on ppc64el.
  * Disable the lto build on s390x, PR ada/98228.
  * Build the gcn offload compiler based on amdgcn-tools (based on LLVM 9),
    remove the conflict with gcc-10-offload-amdgcn.
  * Limit lto links on sparc64.
