  * Team upload.
  * New upstream release.
  * Re-export upstream signing key without extra signatures.
  * Set field Upstream-Contact in debian/copyright.
  * Remove listed license files (COPYING.DOC, COPYING.LIB.LGPL-2.1,
    RocsCore/LoadSave/Plugins/dotFileFormat/Tests/TestGraphs/COPYING.TESTDATA.EPL-1,
    libgraphtheory/fileformats/dot/autotests/testfiles/COPYING.TESTDATA.EPL-1)
    from copyright.
  * Remove obsolete fields Contact, Name from debian/upstream/metadata (already
    present in machine-readable debian/copyright).
  * Update the build dependencies according to the upstream build system:
    - bump KF packages to 5.17.0
    - drop libkf5declarative-dev, no more needed
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.5.1, no changes required.
