kpackage (5.78.0-3) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Team upload.
  * Drop the 'testsuite' autopkgtest, as it does not test the installed
    packages.
  * Drop the unused debian/meta/ stuff.
  * Drop debian/not-installed, as it lists files already installed.
  * Drop breaks/replaces for versions older than Stretch.
  * Run the test suite at build time, since it seems to work fine:
    - disable the fixfilepath reproducibility feature, as it breaks
      QFINDTESTDATA
    - drop the empty dh_auto_test override
