ensmallen (2.16.1-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream version, may fix broken test (closes: #983169, #983941)
  * Bump policy
  * Remove multi-arch: same
    conflicts on /usr/lib/cmake/ensmallen/ensmallen-config-version.cmake on amd64, mips64el <-> i386, mipsel
    (alternative solution would be to put the file in
    /usr/lib/$(DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH)/cmake/... but that hardly seems worthwhile.)

  * Run test three times, per upstream request
