    - d/p/disable_armhf_autopkgtest_fails.patch: disable arm failures that do
      not represent regressions
    - d/p/disable_autopkgtest_fails.patch: disable failures that do not
      represent regressions
    - Add disable_lcores_autotest_ppc.patch to fix ppc64el autopkgtest
