   * New upstream release:
     Battstat:
     - layout rewrite, transparency fixes.
     - make power backend common between instances, allow multiple instances of
       battstat to be run.
     CPU-Freq:
     - fixes from CPUFreq rewrite.
     GKB:
     - correct English/British and keyboard/keymap.
     GWeather:
     - location Love (Hoary: #5281).
     - take three retries to get weather data before displaying '?'.
     - animated radar images.
     Mini-Commander:
     - set cursor colour to be the same as the font colour.
     - fix a focus problem that will occur with the new Metacity.
     Modemlights:
     - new modemlights applet.
     Multiload:
     - diskLoad graph.
     - iowait stats for CPU graph.
     - Improve Network Load autoscaling.
     Stickynotes:
     - fix notes in RTL environments (needs testing).
     - waste less memory due to Glade.
     - add ability to set font colour for notes.
     - get stickynotes to stay on their own workspace.
     - Save the workspace stickynotes are on.
     - Remove 'default action' and instead replace with a small left click menu.
     - stickynotes always float on top (required since they no longer appear in
       the Alt-Tab list with Metacity).
     - update preferences dialogs to use new widgets, clean up layout.
     Other:
     - remove wireless applet (replaced by gnome-netstatus),
       close the wireless bugs (Hoary: #1650).
     - remove cdplayer applet, close the cdplayer bugs (Hoary: #2803).
   * debian/control.in:
     - updated the Build-Depends.
     - updated the description.
   * debian/patches/03_modemlights_ppp_commands.patch:
     - removed, this code has changed.
   * debian/patches/07_wireless_padding.patch:
     - removed, this applet has been dropped.
   * debian/patches/10_battstat-status.patch:
     - dropped for the moment, the applet has been changed and the patch needs
       some work.
