     - add a help button when creating a new .desktop file on the desktop.

     - move "Lock To Panel" at the bottom of the context menu.
     - fix scaling of icons in the menu to respect the ratio (Hoary: #5671).
     - remove reference to the Actions menu (Hoary: #5822).
     - try to help translators translate "Desktop" in different contexts.
     libpanel-applet:
     - better positioning for the context menu on applets.
     Window Selector:
     - dimm the icon if the window is minimized.
     Notification Area
     - show the help on the right screen.
   * debian/control.in:
     - updated the Build-Depends.
   * debian/patches/01_layout.patch:
     - updated.
   * debian/patches/02_autotools.patch:
     - not needed with the new version, the connect to server is handled by
      nautilus.
   * debian/patches/05_recent.patch:
     - removed, this fix is in the new version.
