  * Upload to experimental
  * d/watch: Look for xz tarballs.
    Upstream switched with 4.0.0
  * New upstream version 4.0.0
    (Closes: #985770)
  * Switch from autotools to meson
  * d/rules: Drop libdir.
    Multiarch dirs are used since dh 9.
  * Bump symbol versions
  * Bump dh-compat to 13
  * Disable syntax-checks. The can fail in debian/.
  * Install l10n files into libvirt-glib-1.0-data
  * d/control: Bump standards version
  * d/rules: Enable bindnow hardening
