pypy3 (7.3.5+dfsg-1) experimental; urgency=medium

  * New upstream point release.
  * Refresh patches.
  * Drop patches cve-2021-3426 and ftplib-restrict-pasv, superseded upstream.
  * Drop Pre-Depends dpkg (>= 1.15.6~). xz is always supported, these days.
  * Move more translation logic into debian/scripts/translate.sh
  * Use the bundled pycparser for translation, so that Debian can drop the
    python-pycparser binary package.
