gtkmm2.4 (1:2.15.3-0ubuntu1) jaunty; urgency=low

  * New upstream release: (LP: #328251, #305061)
    Gtk:
     - Action: Reimplemented set_tooltip() with the new C
       gtk_action_set_tooltip() function. Added get/set_label(),
       get/set_short_label(), get_tooltip(), get/set_stock_id(),
       get/set_gicon(), get/set_icon_name(), get/set_visible_horizontal(),
       get/set_visible_vertical(), get/set_is_important(), which are new
       accessors for the properties. Added the gicon property.
       Added block_activate() and unblock_activate().
     - ImageMenuItem: Added get/set_always_show_image() and property.
     - Scale: Added add_mark() and clear_marks().
     - TreeView: Added a get_path_at_pos() overload that takes less parameters.
    Build:
     - Allow pangomm to build outside the source tree.
     - MSVC++: Disabled compiler warning 4250 also for MSVC2005.
    Documentation:
     - Reference documetnation: Unescape some < and > characters.
  * Update debian/watch to take into account unstable version
  * debian/control.in: bump libgtk2.0-dev b-d to 2.15.3
  * Re-generate debian/control
