  * Add Build-Depends on texinfo in debian/control
  * Rename debian/patches/pointer to debian/patches/pointer.patch
  * Add debian/pateches/mkinstalldirs.patch for adding the missing
    mkinstalldirs command
  * Update copyright about licences location
  * Remove leftover .pc/.version
