juju go/open command

Hi folks,

we've had a few requests for a feature that i wanted to propose. Namely an
ability to go to an exposed web app via the cli instead of screen scraping
status and pasting into the browser.

ie.

 juju go mediawiki/1

or..

 juju open mediawiki/1


how does that sound?
