Here is a suggested mini-spec:

1) Command spec: juju browse <unit name> [<port>]
2) Implementation: pick the unit's public ip, and the *single* exposed open port
3) If there is more than one open port, print them out and ask for an
explicit positional parameter
4) If the unit is not exposed, or if there are no open ports, error
out accordingly
