1.9.4 release schedule

Hello,

I plan to cut the 1.9.4 release tomorrow.

If you have issues assigned to you that you think will not be committed 
tomorrow, please move them to 1.9.5 and/or unasign the milestone.

If you have issues assigned to you, which are in review, and need more 
time, please let me know.

Could I ask for a final review on

see be included in 1.9.4
