PSA: please update your version of goamz

Hello, 

I have just submitted support for 409 error codes in the s3 test server in the goamz/s3 test package. This change does not affect the api of the package, but adds a new field to the s3test.NewClient function in the mock server. This change is then used by my next commit to juju-core.

Because of this you should update your goamz installation, which can be done in one of two ways

1. if you are not developing goamz, or making changes, then go get -c launchpad.net/goamz will be sufficient

2. if you are developing goamz, or have branched it, merge your branch with trunk.
