milestone: mysql charm now works

After some hacking this afternoon I have got the mysql charm working.

Gustavo: with reference to our discussion earlier, I altered jujuc config-get to merge the charm defaults with any settings present, which makes the charm happy, but is clearly just a 5 minute hack. As you said, the proper fix cannot be attempted over IRC and a 12 hour time delay.
