If any of you are in review mode today, here's what you should know
about my branches.

standalone, should be relatively free from controversy:

Of the above, uniter-use-deployer is the tricky one: it involves moving
state storage from charm and hook to uniter; dropping charm.Manager
entirely; and rewriting lots of little bits of uniter.go and modes.go to
use the new state API. This makes it really noisy; sorry about that.
