juju-project

Hi all,

I've set up a "project group" for all the juju-core related subprojects:

  https://launchpad.net/juju-project

It currently only includes "juju-core", "goose" and "gomaasapi", but I
suspect we might want to add "goamz", "goyaml", "gocheck" as well (if
Gustavo agrees).

That will give us the benefit of:

1. single place to watch for new bugs being reported

   https://bugs.launchpad.net/juju-project

2. single place to watch for any merge proposals on any of the related
code bases

   https://code.launchpad.net/juju-project/+activereviews

3. Easier automation of milestone creation and deactivation—I've got
scripts to do just that for an entire project group in
lp:~danilo/+junk/lp-management-tools

I hope this helps somewhat (I know it will at least help me with my
on-call review duties and only a single page to look at for new merge
proposals).
