Does juju work with a JavaScript-less mongodb?

Well, things keep overtaking me and I've not gotten to this yet.  Could
I ask someone on the juju team to try running the tests with a mongos
--noscripting and let us know what happens?  Even more awesome would be
to post the results to the bug "juju-core is unavailable for arm64":
