juju-core-1.11.2.tar.gz is available now

Hi James,

I've built a tarball from the 1.11.2 release (the code for building
the tarball is in juju-core/scripts/build-release-tarball), it's
operationally identical to what mgz did for 1.10. Do you want to take
a stab at feeding it to saucy ?

Related: I'd like to offer to adopt and integrate the packaging for
juju-core into the source of juju-core, or at least so it is handled
by the build-release-tarball script. Does that sound like a good idea
?
