~gophers deactivated

Greetings,

The last step of deactivating ~gophers was just completed with all
members being removed from the team.

One last action remains because I don't have access to the Launchpad
build recipe: the PPA still points to Gophers/Go PPA in Launchpad.

David, you have to go to this page:
https://code.launchpad.net/~dave-cheney/+recipe/juju-core and change
the recipe so it points to the existing juju pkgs PPA.
