I'm away next week. I've got a few branches in review that you
might possibly want to take forward if you find yourself blocked on
this. Once the final branch lands, we should have agents
that connect to the API.

The last branch is still WIP - there's one test in cmd/jujud
that's still failing, and I haven't tried the live tests yet
(they probably will not work until Francesco's branch
lands that propagates API info into the agents)

I hope you like the approach. I thought it turned out
quite nicely, but there's probably some nastiness that
I haven't considered.
