Go 1.1.1 needed

Hi,

If anyone is considering changing the Go build dependency to the 1.1
series, we'll have to wait for 1.1.1 to ship first as there are a few gc
bugs that our codebase has uncovered in Go 1.1.0. There is no timeline yet
for 1.1.1, but i'd be confident in saying it will be shipped by September.
I am aware this isn't a useful statement.
