Clean Code review

Hi All,

By now you folks will have your copy of the book, and I know that some
of you have started reading it already.

I know that Java is used for most of the examples, but I'm sure you can
get over that and see the good advice.

For the first review, let's aim to have read up to the end of chapter 2.

We'll start a thread on juju-dev for the chapter review.  You have the
weekend to read if you haven't already, and I'll start the review thread
on Monday.
