The design whiteboard

Hey everybody.

I've put up a couple of images of some of the sketches and notes we have 
on the whiteboard in our little design war room in London. They might 
not make a lot of sense out of context of the discussions we have here 
but they are there for you to look at if you want to.

This first one is a high level exploration of the Micheal/Novice user 
journey.
