Please set up "jujugui" as an IRC highlight in the #juju channel

Hi all.

Devs, please set up your IRC client so that "jujugui" pings you in the freenode #juju channel (and maybe "gui" if you want, too).

Also, if you are not already subscribed to the juju list, please join.  https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/juju

If you see someone asking for user-facing (not juju-gui-developer) help, please help them.  If they are not on the #juju channel or the juju mailing list, try directing them over there and helping them on the main channel/list.

Background:

Jorge, building the Juju community, focuses on the main #juju channel and the main juju list.  Understandably, he doesn't want us off on dev lists/channels at all.  I sold what we have as dev communications.  For that to be honest, we should pay attention to the main channels for GUI users, and direct people there.

We had two people asking for help on #juju, and then #juju-gui, within 12 hours of one another.  The above is all based on learning from the help I tried to provide them.
