"Link to" button for charms?

Hi Jovan and Nick.  Ben made an observation that I thought might be
worth sharing with you.

In the charm panel, if we have the use case of wanting to encourage
people to share URLs (and I think we do), then we might want to have a
"link to this charm" button, like Google Maps, because the browser URL
might include a lot of GUI-specific state that would be unattractive or
even problematic to share.  For instance, another part of the current
URL might reference a service deployed in the current environment, which
would not exist for someone else who simply wanted to look at the same
charm as her co-worker.
