Please do ASAP: Jenkins CI setup

Hi all.  Canonical folks in the Juju GUI team, please do the steps below
ASAP.  Orange squad, you will want to do some of this also, but there's
not as much time pressure.

- You should have received an encrypted email from
matthias.arnason at canonical.com titled "vpn credentials".  Find it,
decrypt it and follow the instructions in the "Setting up the VPN"
section of https://wiki.canonical.com/Launchpad/QA/MAASLenovoLab .

  - I had to double-decompress my tarball.  It was a tar.bz2 on the
outside, with a juicy tar.gz nugget on the inside.  I needed files from
both levels to be in the keys directory (the outside one had an empty
crt file for me, but the inside file was missing something else I forget).
  - You don't need to follow the ssh instructions on the wiki page.
Stop before you do those.

- After you have successfully started your VPN, go to
http://10.189.74.2:8080/view/CE/ to view Jenkins.

ONLY THE GUI TEAM MUST DO THE REST.  Orange squad is welcome though.  It
will eventually give you access to configure Jenkins.

- On the top right, click "sign up" and create an account.
- Send me your account name, today or tomorrow morning.
