Pick up work from benji on hiding GUI charm

I'll be in the office tomorrow, but if someone on the other side of the
Atlantic jumps in then we tag-team it.

Here is the regex that I devised to match the charm store URLs as well
as local charms: ^([^/]*\/)?juju-gui-?\d*$

(I am less sure about the local charm part, anyone with more experience
with local charms might help).

> - at least a minimal test or two

Extensive tests of the charm URL matching should be a good bit of that.
