Working bundle for developing visuals

If you are developing visuals for bundles, there is now a working
bundle (with multiple services and relations) to help you see your
work in the browser.  Unfortunately we're having a problem with
production charmworld updating, so you'll have to reconfigure to use
staging instead.

Change charmworldURL in app/config-debug.js to
"http://staging.jujucharms.com".  Then open the GUI using the
"charmworldv3" flag (http://localhost:8888/:flags:/charmworldv3/). You
can then search for "benji" and see the bundle.
