REMINDER - Scheduled maintenance: Sunday, Sept 29th, 10:00 - 12:00 PDT (GMT -7)

Dear honored customers:

We're writing to advise you of a Sauce Labs scheduled downtime associated with completion of our move to a new, larger datacenter.

All services will be offline for a period of up to 2 hours starting at 10am PDT Sunday, September 29, 2013. During this time, we will finish migrating systems into a new facility which will allow for greater expansion and reliability.

Any in-process user jobs will be disconnected and new jobs will not be able to start during the maintenance window. Although our goal is to be unavailable for less than 20 minutes, we are announcing a generous window due to the nature of our work. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Your Sauce Connect tunnel endpoint will restart automatically after this window. However, if you encounter issues after our maintenance window is over, please manually restart Sauce Connect.

If this planned downtime is overly burdensome for you or your organization for any reason, please let us know at help at saucelabs.com as soon as possible.
