Your Sauce Labs Support Request
Hello juju-gui,
This request was sent using an email address that is linked to an Open Sauce or free Sauce Labs account.
We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. In order to handle the demand from our rapidly growing free customer base, we are supplementing our support team with pre-qualified Selenium and Sauce Labs experts via Directly.com. The Directly.com service has been vetted by Sauce Labs. We’ve found them helpful, and hope you will too!
Your request has been forwarded to a small number of these experts, who are standing by to help. Your request will not be made public. When one of the Directly.com external experts replies, you will receive an email with a link to a web page where you can follow and continue the conversation. This conversation is also being followed by Sauce Labs. You or the expert may choose to escalate your request to Sauce Labs support at any time. (Note: any personal information in your request, such as Sauce Labs Access Key, will be removed)
Note that if you included Sauce Labs test URLs in your request, the experts will ask you to set visibility on the test to "share" so that they can see your test(s).
If you do have a paid Sauce Labs account, the best way to submit support requests is as follows:
1. Go to support.saucelabs.com
2. In the upper right hand corner, click “Login”
3. If prompted, enter your Sauce Labs username and password. (If you were already logged in to Sauce Labs, you will not need to re-enter your login information)
4. Click Submit a Request and follow the directions
That way your request will be linked to your Sauce Labs account and will be handed at the proper support level.
Finally, if you would like to upgrade to a paying account and receive full support, please log in to your Sauce Labs account and click “Upgrade” on the top of the screen, or e-mail sales at saucelabs.com for assistance.
