Please note we don't have plans for packaging formulas at this point.
There are several reasons for that, like the fact you'll be able to
deploy formulas across distro releases (e.g. apache from lucid, even
though you're using natty). We also want a more straightforward
publishing and consuming environment than PPAs can offer.
In the context of Ensemble, when we talk about the "repository server"
or "repository backend", we're talking about the infrastructure which
will provide that.
