Ensemble test suite running on upload

Just an FYI, the ensemble test suite is now being run when the package is uploaded to
Ubuntu. The results are in the package at /usr/share/doc/ensemble/test-results.txt.gz

I opened this bug to have this also happen on the PPA:

We cant' fail the build yet, because there are 2 errors, and 2
failures. I've opened bugs for the failures that weren't already known.

Tests depend on AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID being set

The latter two are probably related.

Anyway, once all of these are fixed, we can enable the test suite to run every time
Ensemble is uploaded, and fail the build if the test suite fails.
