Review queue needs continued love

Folks,

Just a gentle ping regarding the review queue.  I know I'm still a
bottleneck because at least one review from me is currently required,
and I'd like to get that fixed by graduating more reviewers, but the
path towards that requires continued love for what is in review.  We
have tiny/pleasant branches in the queue for a week now without any
reviews, which means that even if I'm _not_ the only reviewer, these
would be necessarily hanging around.

Maybe we'll need to put in place some kind of practice to enable a
more streamlined process regarding reviews.  Something for our next
dev call.
