Hi Chris,

Thanks for your interest in juju. The local developer mode (LXC) is very 
new, and I believe the branches are being merged as we speak. It may 
need a couple of more days though. I hope the juju dev team will reply 
with a usage example once it's ready, as I'd love to share that with the 
world as well
