Restructuring the docs

One of the problems the docs have (when not suffering from out-of-date
information) is the lack of clear, consistent, organization of material.
I've started to re-organize all the pages and content (removing
duplicate content and creating pages that /should/ probably exist) based
on the current docs and my own opinions. After looking through several
other project docs and some time in our own this is what I've come up
with thus far as a working draft.

I'm looking for feedback on the idea and what's currently been
