Call for example Juju w/OpenStack environments.yaml

I've had a few people ask me today on IRC what a proper
environments.yaml file for an openstack cloud look like.

>From looking at the docs it looks like they're out of date and I'd
like to update them. If you have a working environments.yaml that you
KNOW works (I have plenty of nonworking ones, heh) please feel free to
sanitize it and send it to me.
