Some news on the store

Tested in practice with a local deployment of the whole stack, loaded
from the real branches:

    % bin/juju deploy cs:oneiric/munin
    (...)
    2012-03-06 23:34:02,999 INFO Charm deployed as service: 'munin'

Just need to sort out deployment with IS.
