Ah awesome! I just wanted to report that I tried with a new user on my
system, I ran into having to run juju bootstrap under sudo as per
http://askubuntu.com/questions/103739/error-juju-debootstrap
but the bad mysql container config is still generated. Yesterday I had
tailed the config file and I saw that during lxc-clone it seems it first
adds the few lines from /etc/lxc/lxc.conf then it adds lines from the
template (and these are good, they don't contain the weird
"C:\nppdf32Log\debuglog.txt" entries. So I assume that means that the
config file is post processed after that step and somehow we get that
strange result.
Good luck fixing the issue in lxc-clone! I can try a build when you have
something to see if it works here.
