That bug is with the ubuntu-cloud template, but the log Haitao showed
shows debootstrap failing.
It actually shows debootstrap failing after less than 50 seconds, so
my guess would be that he has a problem with his mirrors. The fact
that manual lxc-create works is perplexing. Unless some juju config
file specifies another mirror which isn't working for him.
Haitao, can you be more specific, listing your config files (minus
anything sensitive) and exact juju commands as well as the exact
lxc-create command that succeeds?
